Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Morama Almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 180 C. Line 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  • Add the eggs, olive oil and apple cider vinegar and stir well.
  • Then add warm water. The dough will look "wetter" than a traditional dough.
  • Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55-65 minutes. Bread is done when a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
