Almond Chocolate chips cookies

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened and cooled
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups Morama almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips - whatever you want


  • Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper./div>
  • In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Add the coconut sugar and mix again until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Morama almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Add your desired chocolate chips.
  • Form 5-6 large cookies, place the dough on your parchment lined baking sheet and press them down slightly (don't squish them too much, they should be high before baking to make them pie-like).
