Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened and cooled
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups Morama almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips - whatever you want

  • In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Add the coconut sugar and mix again until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Morama almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Add your desired chocolate chips.
