Ingredients:
Crust
- 3 very ripe medium bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup Morama Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup flaxseed flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus 2 tbsp of chocolate chips for topping
- Morama Almond Cream Spread
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (176 ° C). Spray an 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the banana puree, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add to the mixture almond flour, flaxseed flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Use a wooden spoon to mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of chocolate chips on top. Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour or until your knife comes out clean from the middle of the bread. Chill the bread for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.

Once cold, cut into 12 slices and cover with Morama Almond Cream Spread and enjoy!
