Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Morama Peanut Butter with Amaranth and Chia Spread
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup whole grain oats
- 1 1/2 cup Morama Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 395 F / 200 C and grease baking sheet with coconut oil.

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, mashed banana and melted coconut oil. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix again.

Using a spoon, add oat flour and oats to the mix and stir until the dough is consistent. At the end add chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Scoop dough ball with a spoon and place each ball on the baking sheet separated from each other as cookies expand in the oven.

Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cookies become golden brown.

Remove from the oven and cool.
