Brownie cookies

  • .8 oz / 220 g Morama Brownies Flour Mix
  • 2 tbsp Morama Oat Flour
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Morama Almond Butter Spread


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 ° C. Line a baking tray with waxed paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
  • Add milk and Morama Almond Butter Spread. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. (In order to not over-mix, stop when the dough obtains a homogeneous texture).
  • Moisten your hands to prevent the dough from sticking to them and form 6 balls. Place each of the balls on the tray and press them into a cookie shape. Make sure to place each cookie with about 1 inch /2-3 cm in-between.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
