Ingredients:
Biscuit
- 1 cup whole oats
- 1/4 cup Morama coconut flour
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- Stevia droplets
- Vanilla
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Baking powder
Filling
- Yogurt
- Stevia
- Vanilla
Filling
- Dark chocolate
Instructions:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the biscuit.

Grease muffin cups and pour in the batter.

Bake for 15 min at 350 F / 176 C.

Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool. Then make a small hole in the center of each and fill with cream. Transfer muffin pan to freezer for 15 min.

Once the crust comes out of the oven, pour the filling immediately on top.

Take out of oven and let cool for some minutes before removing from mold

Cover the muffin pan with melted chocolate and decorate each muffin with waves using the cream.
