Coconut macaroons

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Morama Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Morama Oat Flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 oz (30 g) coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the coconut oil and vanilla to the mix and knead with your hands until the coconut oil disintegrates. Once the dough achieves a homogeneous consistency, divide it into 6 equal parts and form small balls.
  • Line a baking tray with wax paper or a silicone mat. Place the balls on the tray and press lightly.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes or until light brown.
  • Let cool before serving.
