Ingredients:
- 2 cups Morama Crunchy Breader Mix
- 6 eggs
- 6 tbsp milk
- 4 large chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- vegetable oil for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 lettuce leaves, washed
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- And any of your favorite burger toppings
Instructions:

Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. soak and drain chicken in the mixture.

Add Crunchy Breader mix to a large plate and roll chicken to cover on both sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken on both sides until golden.

Build your burger by stacking each bun with chicken, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
