Crisp chicken burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Morama Crunchy Breader Mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 4 large chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 lettuce leaves, washed
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • And any of your favorite burger toppings

Instructions:

  • Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. soak and drain chicken in the mixture.
  • Add Crunchy Breader mix to a large plate and roll chicken to cover on both sides.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken on both sides until golden.
  • Build your burger by stacking each bun with chicken, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
