Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 ½ tbsp water
  • ½ cup Morama Chickpea Flour
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Morama Peanut Butter with Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.
  • Prepare flaxseed egg by mixing ground flaxseed with the water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with the flaxseed egg.
  • Preheat the oven to 360 ° F (180 ° C).
  • Form 5-6 balls of dough and place them on a tray lined with waxed paper or a silicone mat. Press each ball a little to give it a cookie shape. Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie as they expand a little while cooking.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
