Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 ½ tbsp water
- ½ cup Morama Chickpea Flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Morama Peanut Butter with Cocoa
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.

Prepare flaxseed egg by mixing ground flaxseed with the water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with the flaxseed egg.

Preheat the oven to 360 ° F (180 ° C).

Form 5-6 balls of dough and place them on a tray lined with waxed paper or a silicone mat. Press each ball a little to give it a cookie shape. Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie as they expand a little while cooking.
