Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup Morama Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 oz (340g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Your favorite toppings

Instructions:

  • Mix together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until all ingredients are well incorporated. (You can use an electric mixer or just stir with a spoon.) Add flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (176 ° C). Grease a 14-inch pizza pan or line with parchment paper. Spread the dough over it, leaving a little space around the edge. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool down.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread on a cooled pizza crust and let the frosting firm up.
