Granola with almond butter and cacao

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp Morama Almond Cream with Cocoa
  • 2 ½ tbsp maple or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 340 F / 170 C.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Transfer the granola to a baking tray lined with a silicone mat or wax paper and spread in an even layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Make sure to toss granola every 5 minutes so it doesn't burn. Let it cool to harden.
