- 1 cup Morama Keto Pancake Mix

- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Cherry tomato
Combine the flour, eggs, oil, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Place a little of the batter on a preheated non-stick pan and cook until numerous bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip the hotcake and cook until cooked through on both sides.
Arrange the lettuce and ham between two pancakes, decorate by topping with a cherry tomato on a toothpick.
