Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Morama Keto Pancake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • Lettuce
  • Ham
  • Cherry tomato

Instructions:

  • Combine the flour, eggs, oil, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  • Place a little of the batter on a preheated non-stick pan and cook until numerous bubbles appear on the surface.
  • Flip the hotcake and cook until cooked through on both sides.
  • Arrange the lettuce and ham between two pancakes, decorate by topping with a cherry tomato on a toothpick.
