Keto muffins with strawberry jam

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup Morama Keto Pancake Flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp Morama Peanut Butter Spread with Amaranth and Chia
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut)
  • Strawberry jam
  • Grated dehydrated coconut

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the jam and coconut.
  • Pour the mixture into a nonstick muffin tin or saucers.
  • Bake for 25 mins.
  • Let cool and top with some jam and grated coconut.
