Ingredients:
- 1½ cup Morama Keto Pancake Flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp Morama Peanut Butter Spread with Amaranth and Chia
- ⅓ cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut)
- Strawberry jam
- Grated dehydrated coconut
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the jam and coconut.

Pour the mixture into a nonstick muffin tin or saucers.

Bake for 25 mins.

Let cool and top with some jam and grated coconut.
