Marbled muffins

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 ½ tbsp water
  • 1.4 fl oz (40 ml) coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut)
  • ½ bag Morama Muffins Flour Mix
  • 1 ½ tbsp Morama Brownies Flour Mix


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.
  • Prepare a chia egg by mixing the chia seeds with the water. Let it rest for 6 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chia egg, milk, coconut oil, and the muffin flour mix.
  • Divide the mixture into two parts and to one of them, add the brownie flour and stir well.
  • Prepare a muffin tin (or saucers) and pour in both mixtures, interspersing them to give it a marbling effect. Fill ¾ of the saucers.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
