Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 ½ tbsp water
- 1.4 fl oz (40 ml) coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut)
- ½ bag Morama Muffins Flour Mix
- 1 ½ tbsp Morama Brownies Flour Mix
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.

Prepare a chia egg by mixing the chia seeds with the water. Let it rest for 6 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix the chia egg, milk, coconut oil, and the muffin flour mix.

Divide the mixture into two parts and to one of them, add the brownie flour and stir well.

Prepare a muffin tin (or saucers) and pour in both mixtures, interspersing them to give it a marbling effect. Fill ¾ of the saucers.

Bake for 20 minutes.
