- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Morama Pancake Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- Strawberry jam to taste
- Frosting to taste
- Melting chocolate to taste
- Chocolate chips to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Mix the flour, sugar, milk and oil, then add the egg and mix well. Fill the baking mold cups to 2/3.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes, while preparing the frosting.
For the frosting: mix the egg and sugar (measure the sugar to be twice as much as egg), and start to stir on a low heat so that the sugar is well-integrated, once it is already, use the mixer to beat the mixture until smooth and stiff.
Remove the cookies from the over and cut them in half, adding jam and frosting in the center.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and top to cover (or submerge) each Gansito cookie. For the final touch, top with chocolate chips.
