Oatmeal Cake Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Morama oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C
  • In a bowl, place all dry ingredients except coconut and mix to integrate.
  • Fold in liquid ingredients and then whisk for about 1 minute until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add coconut and keep whisking
  • With a spoon place in round molds. Make sure it’s nice and sealed!
  • Take out of oven and let cool for some minutes before removing from mold
