- 1 ¼ cup Morama Chickpea Flour
- 1 1/3 cup of water
- ¼ tsp salt
- Seasonings to taste (paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
Blend all the ingredients and refrigerate for 8 minutes.
Pour about ½ cup of batter into a preheated over medium-low heat nonstick (or lightly greased) skillet and tilt in a circular motion to evenly coat the surface.
Let cook for 1-2 minutes or until numerous bubbles appear on the surface, then flip the crepe. Continue cooking the other side for 1 more minute and then remove.
