- ¼ cup soymilk
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup of Morama Protein Pancake Mix
- 3 strawberries, chopped
In a medium bowl, mix the soymilk with the apple cider vinegar and let it rest for 8 minutes.
Add the Pancake Mix and stir thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into two microwave-safe cups or ramekins. Add the strawberries on top, distributing them evenly.
Microwave for 1 - 1:30 mins. Check the mug cakes every 30 seconds, since each microwave works differently and may take a little less or a little longer.
It is well cooked and ready if when inserting a knife in the center, it comes out clean.
