Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Morama Hotcake Flour Mix with Chocolate Chips
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) ripe banana, mashed
  • 1.4 fl oz (40 ml) non-dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • Sweetener to taste (Monk fruit, Stevia, etc.)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.
  • In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients.
  • Separate the batter into 5-6 parts and arrange on a tray lined with wax paper or a silicone mat. Leave some space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
