Peanut butter brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Morama Brownies Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil / unsalted butter or Greek yogurt
  • Morama Peanut Butter Spread to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 345 F / 175ºC.
  • Mix the brownie flour, oil, eggs, and water until well-combined.
  • Bake in an 8-inch ( 20 cm) square pyrex dish for 26 - 28 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one brownie and top with another.
