  • 1 cup Morama Keto Pancake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • Gouda cheese
  • Red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Cherry tomatoes to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine flour, eggs, oil, and milk in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Place a little of the batter on a heated waffle iron and wait until it is ready.
  • Top with a slice of cheese, sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
